Your brand assets, handled with care.
Your brand kit and the content you produce are sensitive by nature. Here is how that data is stored, how long it is kept, who can reach it, and how it is protected - described honestly, without overstating where we are.
What is stored
The brand kit you set up - colors, fonts, logo files and tone guidelines - and the content generated from your briefs. We store what is needed to produce your work and apply your brand consistently, and nothing gathered for unrelated purposes.
Retention periods
Brand assets stay available for as long as your account is active, so your kit keeps applying to new work. Generated content is retained so you can revisit and refine it. When you remove content or close an account, the associated data is scheduled for deletion.
Access scope
Access is scoped to your account. On Team plans your kit and work are shared within your team; on Agency plans each client brand kit is kept separate so work for one client is not exposed to another.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit using current transport protocols, and encrypted at rest where it is stored. Credentials are never stored in plain form.
Where we actually are.
We would rather state our position plainly than claim certifications we do not hold. Our security work centers on the fundamentals: encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access to your data, and retention that matches how the product is used.
We are building toward formal certification, and we will list any standard here only once it is genuinely in place. Until then, this page reflects our current status - not aspirations dressed up as guarantees.
If your organization has specific security or data-handling requirements, reach out and we will walk through exactly how your assets and content are managed.
